How do you contact Bovada customer support? Chat and email
The fastest way to reach Bovada is live chat, which Bovada says answers within minutes. You can also email service@bovada.lv or use the form on its Contact Us page, with a reply promised within 48 hours. Bovada doesn’t list a phone number anywhere on its site.

Live chat
Chat is the channel to use for anything urgent, like a login lock or a withdrawal that seems stuck. Bovada says it answers chat requests within minutes and that the team works around the clock. If you can’t get a chat started, email instead.
Have your 4-digit PIN and date of birth ready. Bovada uses them as your security questions, and its help pages ask for them when you need an account re-enabled or can’t remember your login email. In that second case, support also wants your first and last name and the state listed on the account.
Email service@bovada.lv, or fill in the form on Bovada’s Contact Us page. The form asks you to pick a category: general customer service, casino, sportsbook, poker or horses. Bovada says it replies within 48 hours.
Email is slower than chat but leaves a written record, which helps if the problem turns into a dispute. Send it from the address registered to your account and include the details of what happened, such as dates, amounts and any transaction IDs.
Escalating a complaint
Bovada’s dispute resolution page sets out three steps:
- Raise the complaint with customer service at service@bovada.lv.
- If you’re not satisfied, ask in writing, at the same address, for it to be escalated to a Customer Service Supervisor.
- If that doesn’t resolve it, email disputeresolution@bovada.lv.
Mind the time window. Bovada only accepts disputes submitted at least 7 days and no more than 6 months after the issue first arose.
Include your account email, account number, date of birth, country and state of residence, phone number, the date the issue happened, whether you’ve already contacted customer service, and the details of the dispute. Bovada says disputes are categorized and may be escalated “for external assessment or management by an authorized department,” without naming who that is.
No US state licenses Bovada, so there’s no state gaming regulator to take a complaint to. Bovada claims licensing from the Union of the Comoros, but its dispute page doesn’t point you to any outside regulator.
Help center and community forum
Bovada’s help center at bovada.lv/help has articles grouped by topic, including sports, casino, poker, horses, financial, bonuses, account and security, vouchers, cryptocurrency and player transfers. It also links to a video library with how-to videos on things like parlays, deposits and tracking your rollover.
The community forum at community.bovada.lv includes a Website Updates section where Bovada staff post public announcements. For anything about your own account, use chat or email, and don’t post personal or account details in public.
The help center also links to Bovada’s accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, X and Discord, but it doesn’t describe any of them as a support channel.
No phone number
Bovada’s Contact Us page, help center and dispute page list no phone number. Some other sites publish one, but Bovada doesn’t confirm it anywhere, so we don’t list it.
Watch out for impostors
Bovada says it will never ask for your password or account credentials. It also says it will never tell you to transfer funds to a specific player’s username or ask you to open another account.
Bovada warns that scammers pose as its staff and ask players to cancel a withdrawal and send the money to a specific username. If you’d rather not hear from Bovada at all, you can turn off its marketing calls, texts and emails under Manage Subscriptions in your profile settings.
Real Bovada emails come from the @bovada.lv domain. If you’re not sure a message is genuine, take a screenshot and contact support to check where it came from.
